On 27. and 28. March we had the Advance Planning Preparation of our next big Training Course for Y-E-N member organisations and SAYers: The Training for Trainers VIP -Very Inclusive People- that will take place in Berovo, North Macedonia from the 20th to the 28th of June thanks to our MO CID Center for Intercultural Dialogue. This meeting was the foundation for the much-anticipated Training for Trainers course. The APV brought together a diverse group of trainers, project coordinators etc. each bringing their unique perspectives, expertise, and experiences to the table. This melting pot of ideas was essential for crafting a program that wasn’t just educational but also deeply impactful and inclusive.
Over the APV of three days, the team engaged in intense brainstorming sessions, collaborative workshops, and insightful discussions. The goal was clear: to design a Training for Trainers course that was both innovative and practical. A course that would not only impart knowledge but also inspire change and empower future trainers to make a difference in their communities.
